Compare Electrolyte Brands
Most electrolyte mixes are priced per serving, but a serving can hold anywhere from 40mg to 1,500mg of sodium. Dividing the price by the sodium content shows what you actually pay for sodium, the electrolyte most mixes are built around.

How we calculate it
Price per serving is the one-time list price divided by the servings in the package. Price per gram of sodium is the price per serving divided by the grams of sodium in one serving. For example, a $1.50 serving with 1,000mg (1g) of sodium costs $1.50 per gram of sodium. A $0.72 serving with 40mg of sodium costs $18.00 per gram.
Why sodium
Sodium is the mineral most of these mixes carry in the largest amount, and it's the one Hydrate Pro is built around. Some brands are built around other minerals instead: Dr. Berg is built around potassium, and Re-Lyte carries more potassium than Hydrate Pro. Each comparison page lists potassium and magnesium side by side so you can weigh what matters to you.
Prices are one-time list prices from each brand's own website, before tax and shipping, checked September 22, 2026, and may change. Nutrition figures are from each product's label; each comparison page names the exact product and flavor. Brand names are trademarks of their owners. Hydrate Pro is not affiliated with any brand listed.
