So far it has been great. It comes with much better ingredients than the fake electrolyte beverages that are sold everywhere. I have not had issues with the flavor and it has made a difference in my water intake.Sodium has been misrepresented everywhere and this one has the right amount. So far I've been happy with it. Would like to see something without any sweetener where I could add my own choice (or nothing at all).

Excellent value compared to other drinks with the same ingredients

I have been using a different brand of electrolyte powder, and was more or less satisfied with it, to support my strict keto diet. I decided to give this product a try because it's significantly cheaper per serving and includes the same amounts of sodium, potassium, and magnesium, and same sweetner (stevia). I cant believe how much better it is - cheaper, less wasteful (and easier to use) packaging, and it mixes better (the consistency is a less chalky powder, if that's a thing). I tried the Fruit Punch, and the really like the taste. I mixed one scoop in 32 ounces of cold water. I think I may have foundn my new favorite!

As a runner, I drink electrolytes regularly. I have tried many powders, tablets, etc. Most of them do the same thing they all do, and this is no different. However, some have an overpowering salty taste. This one has a salty taste, but not bad and the flavor is good. Good enough to make the electrolyte (salt) taste more than bearable.

There is a lot to like about this electrolyte powder. Comparing it against the sugar-free option of two major brands out there, not only is it a bit cheaper, but also provides roughly 4x the sodium, 2-3x the potassium, and includes magnesium where they don't.Yes, it's a lot of sodium. No, you probably shouldn't be drinking it without good reason. Earlier this week I had to mow the lawn while under a heat advisory (oh the joys of living under a HOA...) and felt downing the jug of this made a world of difference. Good, too, for exercise of course.What I've actually enjoyed the most is how I can alter the flavor with temperature. It can actually taste quite salty if consumed warm, or all-sweet-no-salty when refrigerated. I'll certainly be back for more, and and eager to try the other flavors.

Great flavor and very similar ingredients to LMNT for half the price. Not quite as convenient as the individual packets but still well worth it. Definitely recommend.

The citrus taste was refreshing. The powder dissolved very well in cold water. You can taste the sweet and saltiness of the ingredients which will help replenishment or nourish your body. It came with a small scooper, which made it practical to pour the powder into a 16 ounce water bottle easily.
